Cancellation Policy

Late Cancellation Fee If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of the service price will be charged. The fee applies to all services unless otherwise agreed upon by Statera Health & Wellness management. Rescheduling Policy If you wish to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within the 24-hour window may also incur the applicable cancellation fee. Exceptions We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances occur.
